We process the following information about you:

• Identification data: full name.
• Contact and communication details: telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.
• Bank details: payment methods.
• Browsing data: IP address, domain name, unique device identifier, browser fingerprint, device fingerprint and cookie IDs where configured in your browser.

The data requested in the hard wallet activation process does not imply processing by ESIGNUS, as this data is not stored. ESIGNUS will therefore not process the User's personal data for the activation of the hard wallet (including fingerprint).

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described below for correct management of the Website and services:

7. How long will ESIGNUS keep the data?

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, following the principle of data minimisation.

If you are an ESIGNUS User, data is retained for the duration of your commercial relationship with ESIGNUS. After account cancellation or a valid deletion request, data will be blocked solely to meet legal responsibilities for up to five (5) years.
